So, what is the secret of a beautiful body? The Internet and magazines give hundreds of tips that all come done to these simple truths: avoid sweet and fatty foods, don’t eat 4 hours before going to bed and do physical exercise. If we know this, why do so many women still suffer from excess weight and having lost some weight on extreme diets or by weight loss pills, gain even more? The problem here is lack of a systematic approach. We cannot consider a weekly or even twenty-day diet to be a long-term solution. It is important to establish some rules for yourself, the ones you will follow every day, in any circumstances through the lifetime.
Sometimes it’s difficult to do it yourself. After all, you need to understand that your attitude toward your body and food is wrong. What keeps you from loving yourself and taking the path toward personal growth and development?
To help in doing so, Simferopol initiative “Young Leaders’ Club” created “Healthy Beauty” social center, acting within the frames of “Eating Disorders Anonymous” programme. The meetings are held in Heidelberg Center every Monday at 19.00.
